Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 60 days for a refund to your original tender (60 days from the time you receive the vanity). In the case that you are not completely satisfied, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. If you choose to return the item(s) before 60 days, simply return the product back to us in its original condition and packaging. Once the product arrives back to our warehouse and inspected, we will issue a full return. There are no restocking or handling fees. If for any reason the vanity arrives back to our warehouse damaged or used, we have the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund. We can also arrange the return shipping ourselves, using our shipping arrangements. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final return.
If the product arrives damaged, you will have 48 hours to make a claim. Any return shipping costs due to damaged or manufacturers defects will be covered by The Vanity Store Inc. The customer will not be liable for any shipping costs.
If the product is damaged please call our customer service at 1-888-601-2267 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly fix the problem free of charge.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items Sale items may be refunded. Clearance items (if applicable) cannot be refunded or returned.
Order Cancellations Your order can be cancelled for any reason and a full refund will be provided, if the merchandise has not been scheduled to ship from our own or our supplier’s warehouse. Please call us to see if your product had been shipped. In the event that your order has been shipped/scheduled for delivery our return policy will apply. After the cancellation of your order, we will credit your purchase amount back to your original method of payment. It usually takes 1-3 business days for the credit to be issued.
Pricing Policy The Vanity Store company can cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing error.
Refunds to Closed or Cancelled Credit Cards If the refund is issued and you have the same card issuer (Visa, Mastercard etc.) and bank account, then funds will be credited to that account. If you have yet to see the credit after 4 days, contact your financial institution by calling the phone number on the back of their card. Note: The Vanity Store cannot refund to a different card. Refunds must go back to the card used for the original transaction.
