Shipping

At the Vanity Store Online, shipping is FREE to most large towns and cities across Canada. There will never be any surprise duty or brokerage fees. If you buy one vanity or five, shipping is free.  We want the buying process to be as easy and transparent as possible. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout.

If you live in a small town or rural area, a $99.99 CAD/Order shipping fee may be included. There are some exceptions for towns in very isolated areas. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live in a rural area.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 Refunds

If you receive a vanity and you are not satisfied, return the vanity within 30 days. Call or email us and let us know the reason for the return. After confirmation, simply return the product back to us for a full refund.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 6-12 Days. If there happens to be a delay or there is a backorder on a product, we will contact you to confirm the order. 

 

Confirmation email

Once the order has been processed and the vanity shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number. The Confirmation email will also contain important information and a check list to follow once the product has arrives.

 

Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to track where your parcel is in the logistics process. Eg. In transit, at destination terminal, ready to be couriered to customer.

You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:

  • Follow the instructions included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order through the carrier's website

Arrival

When your product is ready to be delivered at its final destination a courtesy call will be given by the shipping company. All large products on skids are delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 local time and will be curbside delivery. We do not deliver into the home.

If you are not home to receive the product, a notification card with further directions will be left in your mailbox by the shipper.

 

What if my product is damaged?

Customers must perform a full inspection of products at the time of delivery. Check the outside of the box and look for dents or puncture marks. Open the top of the box and look for any damage big or small.
If any damage is found, note the defects on the shippers Bill of Lading before signing. Once the damage has been noted on the BIll of Lading you have 24 hours to report a damaged item to us. Please email, info@thevanitystore.com or call us at 1-888-601-2267. Any damages reported after 48 hours may not be considered and a replacement is at the customers own expense.
To mitigate any potential damage, we inspect all of packages before shipping out to make sure there are no defects. We also package all of our products in boxes with styrofoam, on a wooden skid, strapped and shrink wrapped.

You will have 30 days to return any item if you are not completely satisfied. We want you to be happy with your product and we will make it as easy as possible to return your product.
